Homemade Playdough FUN!
Playdough1 cup flour
1/4 cup salt
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
food coloring
Mix flour, salt and oil, and slowly add the water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until dough becomes stiff. Turn out onto wax paper and let cool.
Knead the playdough with your hands until of proper consistency. Use as is, or divide into balls and add a few drops of the food coloring, have fun!!!

Ronald McDonald House~
My Daughter has been doing volunteer work and community service since 6th grade and she is now a Sophmore in High School. This is one of our many ventures the other night at The Ronald McDonald House here in downtown Phoenix. She took along Mishaela who is starting her community service hours too. They had loads of fun!! Doing something for fun, but for a good cause.The girls served dinner for the families that are staying there with their sick children. They toured a few rooms that are decorated or adopted by host families. The families have lost a child to cancer, adopt the rooms and decorate them in loving memory of their lost (but not forgotten child.)
So the pictures you see below are two rooms that are decorated for NEW families with their sick children to stay in while they are having treatments or surgery. It makes the child and family feel more it's a NEW home to stay in for awhile......

Another Awesome Designer!
So I have another designer friend who I would love to feature. She has two Etsy shops that are different but Oh So Cute!
Some of her designs are recycled, some are vintage and all are Oh So Cute! I have bought from her and have seen her designs first hand!

My name is Renee - I design and make all of the clothes you see here. I am a 32 year old single mother of 3. I have been making boutique clothing for little girls for the last 10 years and it is truly a labor of love. Ebay has been my venue since 2001 and I just joined Etsy in 2006.»-(¯`v´¯)-»I LOVE VINTAGE FABRIC»-(¯`v´¯)-»I use vintage textiles whenever possible. My clothing offers a more sophisticated style. Im not a huge fan of lace and ruffles. I like simple lines with exquisite fabrics.»-(¯`v´¯)-»All fabrics have been pre-washed, all seams are professionally finished and your garment comes to you brand new with tags and beautifully packaged.
