I am going to start making my own laundry detergent. Along with some other GREEN things we already do in our household, this is going to be safer for us without the harsh chemicals and it is going to save our family money in the long run! We all know how expensive detergent is!!

I am thinking it's a sign that the freckles in our eyes are mirror images, and when we kiss they're perfectly aligned. And I have to speculate that God himself did make us into corresponding shapes, like puzzle pieces from the clay.

True, it may seem like a stretch, but it's thoughts like this that catch my troubled head when you're away, when I am missing you to death. When you are out there on the road for several weeks of shows and when you scan the radio, I hope this song will guide you home.

The girls have been asked to be apart of a NEW tween/teen magazine. The launch is for the July 1st and the theme will be {Back to School!}

Mirella will have a 1/2 page advice column where she will hopefully help young girls out with their problems or concerns. Mirella already get's 1,000's of emails weekly from Youtube and so now she will carry it on to the magazine!

They will also both have a product review page of products they like and dislike too. Full pages for the both of them and they will have about 6 product reviews per page.

So if you are a company who has a product you would like either of the girls to review, please comment or email me for more info on where you can send your product! We will give a link to your product and where to buy it in the magazine and a small write up about what the girls thought of your product also! Please include all info in your email.

We are super excited and we will keep you posted on when the mag makes it's debut!

1st TV appearance on The Tyra Banks show! She kept everything. Airline tickets, scripts for the show, ticket stub to the Empire States Building and her own personal photos.

Mimi's cafe and 1st audition ever! She kept her itinerary, her name she had to hold in front of herself as she auditioned and more personal photos of her time in LA.

Her shooting the Mimi's Cafe Commercial. She kept a receipt from McDonalds to remember what she ate? Funny cause it's sort of like a treat for the kids to eat there. I usually don't allow McD's at all. Her cabbie receipt! And also a copy of her 1st paycheck! Woo-hoo Tori! More personal photos with the director, the actual Mimi's Cafe, her family, and wardrobing! It was so fun for her. :)

Copy of a script from "Sports Shrink" a pilot series that she auditioned for she actually did the audition on video via email. She draws on her scripts so she remembers her moods better for that scene.

I am keeping a log of EVERYTHING.

My Mom's idea for Tori to have a memory of all of the roles she has tried out for. Whether she gets the role or not, it is an experience and an opportunity most of us will never get to experience.

I tell her to hold her head high, to have confidence and God will show her the way! He has something in store for her that even we don't know about!

I tell her she will fall 100 times before she may actually land a role.

That is exactly what I tell her and she has the MOST fabulous attitude about it all the time!!

Tori was in LA (AGAIN) on Friday for another audition! We are so excited for this if she gets the part! It is a series on CBS called Romantically Challenged starring Alyssa Milano. She would play her 10-12 year old Daughter Scout on the show.

Tori did awesome for her auditon, remembered all of her lines with no script and gave details about how the people looked at her and spoke to her in the audition room. These things are so interesting to me and I ask her 100 questions about the room since no parents are allowed in with the kids!

So everyone cross your fingers and toes, and give her all the luck you can! I will keep you posted if we hear back.

And if not, it was another awesome opportunity and we look forward to many more in the near future!

I AM SO EXCITED TO FINALLY HAVE A NEW CAMERA!

We went shopping this morning for Black Friday and it was total chaos! We went for a few things, one being a camera for ME since yesterday I can officially say my OLD camera bit the dust, I got a NEW one today!

It is my Xmas present from Gil, and a much needed one at that! How funny, that ME, the biggest camera freak of all, picture taker at every function has a camera that is about 6-7 years old??? lol

Well, my poor little baby was a good little camera but lately I have been wanting to throw it against the wall. I can't believe how many endless batteries I have been tossing thinking it was the batteries, when all along it was the camera itself not holding onto any life.....Poor old girl!

So, it is officially time to put her on the shelf, she did good all of these years, Holiday photos, Etsy photos, Disney trips, Christians's entire childhood so far, many Youtube videos....and many many more!

We set up Tori's tables for her birthday ahead of time to make sure they looked beautiful for Saturday night, I guess you could call it the dress rehersal!!

Well it has been 4-EVER since I have posted a blog. So while this is fresh in my mind I have to write a little blurb about it.

Everyone knows how much I love to plan my kids birthday parties! Ever since Mirella was a baby, I have went WAY over the top. I am going to start the same trend my friend Neisha did and post the kiddies parties since age one! (as soon as my scanner is up)

Photos, memories and all! What a great idea. So mine is coming soon!

Anyway, back to my story. Tori's 11th birthday! TWILIGHT of course, and what perfect timing since New Moon is coming out just 4 days after her special day!

Tons of ideas are swarming my head! Then I am getting help from Neisha too since she has the best little ideas! With the combination of both our heads in this project, Tori's birthday party should be fantastic!

MY Kids On the TYRA SHOW!

So, you all know the story already about my kids being on the Tyra Banks Show right?? :)

Well, the kids were discovered by The Tyra Banks Show on Youtube doing there Thriller dance!! OMG!! We were shocked. All of the kids do Youtube videos for fun and the kids had only practiced the dance 10 times! lol

Well, we flew out to New York last week to tape the show, which will air on Monday the 7th which is also Labor Day! It will be the kick off of her new season 5 and she also just switched to the CW network! Channel 6 or 61.

2nd Day of School

Christian is such a sweetheart and his teacher already loves him! Both days she has been so nice and saying what a good, cute boy he is! I love that! He really is the sweetest!

He had another good day! He comes home and chats about his day, we read a book and he tells me what he did at recess and at lunch. He seems to have alot of friends cause they were not the same names from yesterday. He says he plays with ALL of them. :)

He has sand in his shoes again, and I am sure everyday till 6th grade, but I think that is the coolest! My girls were always girly girls and never got dirty. He comes home and smells like the sunshine and I love that!

NASA could put a man on the moon but didn't have the sense to keep the original video of the live TV transmission.
In an embarrassing acknowledgment, the space agency said Thursday that it must have erased the Apollo 11 moon footage years ago so that it could reuse the videotape.
But now Hollywood is coming to the rescue.
The studio wizards who restored "Casablanca" are digitally sharpening and cleaning up the ghostly, grainy footage of the moon landing, making it even better than what TV viewers saw on July 20, 1969. They are doing it by working from four copies that NASA scrounged from around the world.
"There's nothing being created; there's nothing being manufactured," said NASA senior engineer Dick Nafzger, who is in charge of the project. "You can now see the detail that's coming out."
The first batch of restored footage was released just in time for the 40th anniversary of the "one giant leap for mankind," and some of the details seem new because of their sharpness. Originally, astronaut Neil Armstrong's face visor was too fuzzy to be seen clearly. The upgraded video of Earth's first moonwalker shows the visor and a reflection in it.
The $230,000 refurbishing effort is only three weeks into a monthslong project, and only 40 percent of the work has been done. But it does show improvements in four snippets: Armstrong walking down the ladder; Buzz Aldrin following him; the two astronauts reading a plaque they left on the moon; and the planting of the flag on the lunar surface.
Nafzger said a huge search that began three years ago for the old moon tapes led to the "inescapable conclusion" that 45 tapes of Apollo 11 video were erased and reused. His report on that will come out in a few weeks.
The original videos beamed to Earth were stored on giant reels of tape that each contained 15 minutes of video, along with other data from the moon. In the 1970s and '80s, NASA had a shortage of the tapes, so it erased about 200,000 of them and reused them.
How did NASA end up looking like a bumbling husband taping over his wedding video with the Super Bowl?
Nafzger, who was in charge of the live TV recordings back in the Apollo years, said they were mostly thought of as data tapes. It wasn't his job to preserve history, he said, just to make sure the footage worked. In retrospect, he said he wished NASA hadn't reused the tapes.
Outside historians were aghast.
"It's surprising to me that NASA didn't have the common sense to save perhaps the most important historical footage of the 20th century," said Rice University historian and author Douglas Brinkley. He noted that NASA saved all sorts of data and artifacts from Apollo 11, and it is "mind-boggling that the tapes just disappeared."
The remastered copies may look good, but "when dealing with historical film footage, you always want the original to study," Brinkley said.
Smithsonian Institution space curator Roger Launius, a former NASA chief historian, said the loss of the original video "doesn't surprise me that much."
"It was a mistake, no doubt about that," Launius said. "This is a problem inside the entire federal government. ... They don't think that preservation is all that important."
Launius said federal warehouses where historical artifacts are saved are "kind of like the last scene of `Raiders of the Lost Ark.' It just goes away in this place with other big boxes."
The company that restored all the Indiana Jones movies, including "Raiders," is the one bailing out NASA.
Lowry Digital of Burbank, Calif., noted that "Casablanca" had a pixel count 10 times higher than the moon video, meaning the Apollo 11 footage was fuzzier than that vintage movie and more of a challenge in one sense.
Of all the video the company has dealt with, "this is by far and away the lowest quality," said Lowry president Mike Inchalik.
Nafzger praised Lowry for restoring "crispness" to the Apollo video. Historian Launius wasn't as blown away.
"It's certainly a little better than the original," Launius said. "It's not a lot better."
The Apollo 11 video remains in black and white. Inchalik said he would never consider colorizing it, as has been done to black-and-white classic films. And the moon is mostly gray anyway.
The restoration used four video sources: CBS News originals; kinescopes from the National Archives; a video from Australia that received the transmission of the original moon video; and camera shots of a TV monitor.
Both Nafzger and Inchalik acknowledged that digitally remastering the video could further encourage conspiracy theorists who believe NASA faked the entire moon landing on a Hollywood set. But they said they enhanced the video as conservatively as possible.
Besides, Inchalik said that if there had been a conspiracy to fake a moon landing, NASA surely would have created higher-quality film.
Back in 1969, nearly 40 percent of the picture quality was lost converting from one video format used on the moon — called slow scan — to something that could be played on TVs on Earth, Nafzger said.
NASA did not lose other Apollo missions' videos because they weren't stored on the type of tape that needed to be reused, Nafzger said.
As part of the moon landing's 40th anniversary, the space agency has been trotting out archival material. NASA has a Web site with audio from private conversations in the lunar module and command capsule. The agency is also webcasting radio from Apollo 11 as if the mission were taking place today.
The video restoration project did not involve improving the sound. Inchalik said he listened to Armstrong's famous first words from the surface of the moon, trying to hear if he said "one small step for man" or "one small step for A man," but couldn't tell.
Through a letter read at a news conference Thursday, Armstrong had the last word about the video from the moon: "I was just amazed that there was any picture at all."

So the kiddies started dance again! We are very excited for the new year starting in August. For now, these are Summer classes to keep them in shape and moving! Christian LOVES it and asks everyday if it's his turn to dance.

Tori is taking 3 classes 2x's a week and Christian is taking 2 classes 2x's a week.

2 Jazz, Acro, 2 Hip Hop and Hot Tots.

Wanda says Christian is doing great and they even have a little partner for him already! She is almost 5 and Just his size! I am going to try to take photos of them today and I will post more later! She is adorably cute!

Tori dances for 3 hours straight.....she loves it and will continue this way in the fall (Aug 10th) when I think we are bumping her up to unlimited classes! That will be interesting since I drive down there everyday of the week now! :) It will be better though since I can also leave her there for a few hours at a time!

We are going to a Justin Bieber performance later tonight. He is in Phx for today. I have personally been speaking to his Mom Patti via email ever since she saw Christian's video on Youtube, she is a sweetheart!

As everyone knows I didn't cut CB's hair for years! He has always had super long hair, and beautiful at that! This one day Mirella and I put it into a ponytail to see if it would stay put!! haha he didn't like it and a few seconds after I snapped the picture, he took it out!

The video below is my Son of course! JUSTIN is his fave!!

We added this video to Youtube a week and 3 days ago....He has had almost 3000 views in that time! So many comments and people are posting him over and over in places I would never think! Justin also added this to his FB account and said he was THE BEST! On the FB acct was another 200 or so comments! He loves Jusin and adores his music and dancing.

So, Tori decided today that she wants a *Twilight* inspired birthday party! Her birthday falls 4 days before the NEW MOON opening. We have been thinking about this for awhile. It will end with a late sleepover with her friends.

I have enough time for planning if I start now, since my parties always go WAY over budget! (sorry Gil)

We were researching and brainstorming our ideas this morning and I am uber excited! Of course we will have apples everywhere, red candles, black and red balloons and maybe even do a bobbing for apples game! It's around Halloween and all!

Michael Jackson, the sensationally gifted "King of Pop" who emerged from childhood superstardom to become the entertainment world's most influential singer and dancer before his life and career deteriorated in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press. He was 50.
The person said Jackson died in a Los Angeles hospital. The person was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity.
The circumstances of his death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told the newspaper.
Jackson's death brought a tragic end to a long, bizarre, sometimes farcical decline from his peak in the 1980s, when he was popular music's premier all-around performer, a uniter of black and white music who shattered the race barrier on MTV, dominated the charts and dazzled even more on stage.
His 1982 album "Thriller" — which included the blockbuster hits "Beat It," "Billie Jean" and "Thriller" — remains the biggest-selling album of all time, with more than 26 million copies.
He was perhaps the most exciting performer of his generation, known for his feverish, crotch-grabbing dance moves and his high-pitched voice punctuated with squeals and titters.
His single sequined glove, tight, military-style jacket and aviator sunglasses were trademarks second only to his ever-changing, surgically altered appearance.
As years went by, he became an increasingly freakish figure — a middle-aged man-child weirdly out of touch with grownup life. His skin became lighter and his nose narrower. He surrounded himself with children at his Neverland ranch, often wore a germ mask while traveling and kept a pet chimpanzee named Bubbles as one of his closest companions.
In 2005, he was cleared of charges he molested a 13-year-old cancer survivor at Neverland in 2003. He had been accused of plying the boy with alcohol and groping him. The case took a fearsome toll on his career and image, and he fell into serious financial trouble.
Jackson was preparing for what was to be his greatest comeback: He was scheduled for an unprecedented 50 shows at a London arena, with the first set for July 13. He was in rehearsals in Los Angeles for the concert, an extravaganza that was to capture the classic Jackson magic: showstopping dance moves, elaborate staging and throbbing dance beats.
Hundreds of people gathered outside the hospital as word of his death spread. The emergency entrance at the UCLA Medical Center, which is near Jackson's rented home, was roped off with police tape.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Michael Jackson has just died," a woman boarding a Manhattan bus called out, shortly after the news was annunced. Immediately many riders reached for their cell phones.
In New York's Times Square, a low groan went up in the crowd when a screen flashed that Jackson had died, and people began relaying the news to friends by cell phone.
"No joke. King of Pop is no more. Wow," Michael Harris, 36, of New York City, read from a text message a friend sent to his telephone. "It's like when Kennedy was assassinated. I will always remember being in Times Square when Michael Jackson died."

I have a tracker on my blog and I am able to see who is visiting me. When they log on, how many times, when they leave the blog, what time of day, part of the country, or state, and I think it's the coolest thing ever!!

Alot of different places have been on my little blog, from Moscow, Italy, Thailand, California, Texas where my family lives, and also Holiday and New Port Richey Florida!!

Although I am not a HUGE blogger like some...my life must be a bit interesting and my photos must draw people in! I love that people visit me often.....It makes me smile :) This should have been apart of my 10 things that make me happy!

On the other hand, I do see one person arrives on my blog almost daily and she is an ENEMY! She is sneaky and copies alot of different designers including myself....So in a way it's very annoying. I try to play the games back and forth but it's sooo old by now. She needs to get over it and quit viewing me so often! (you know who you are) This recently has been happening to a friend of mine from Jack and Cole Designs and she also got fed up!!
