Festive Drink for the Holidays

Quick Grape Spritzer

I get wonderful local grape juices at my market at the same stand where I buy my grapes. I especially like white grape juice for this recipe, but anything will work!

1 quart chilled grape juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 cups chilled seltzer or naturally sparkling water

24 to 30 grapes, stemmed, washed, and frozen

Mix the grape juice and honey together. Fill some glasses ¾ full with grape juice and top with the sparkling water. Drop a few grapes into each glass for a festive garnish that doubles as an ice cube!

Jamie Lynn Spears Is Having A Baby!!

Another Spears baby is reportedly on the way and it's not Britney's. Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old "Zoey 101" star told a gossip magazine that she's pregnant and that the father is her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.
"It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected," she said. "I was in complete and total shock and so was he."
Spears is 12 weeks along and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

I have a cookie party I have to go to on Saturday and would love to share my recipe with all of you!

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

* May be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 8 weeks.

JESSICA ALBA AND HER BOYFRIEND CASH WARREN OF 4 YEARS ARE EXPECTING A BABY! CONGRATS TO THE HAPPY COUPLE.

Alba had some kind of lace contraption on, which, yes, was a dress, but a sort of mess of gathered material in the middle. I suppose it could be the way the lace is all puckered at the front of her stomach that is making her "appear" pregnant but perhaps she's actually trying to hide a "baby bump."

Her Reps have confirmed it to be true!! YAY!
